Home Remodel in Green Hill + Video Shoot in Narragansett

In 2023, we plan on doing more to help our Rhode Island customers understand our process when it comes to providing estimates.

We recently spent the day visiting a customer in the Green Hill neighborhood who was seeking remodel for several bedrooms, a bathroom, and an office space.

Our photographer Thomas came to capture some before shots for this project so we can update via our local home remodel blogs throughout the process.

We discussed the layout of the bathrooms, flooring, windows, painting, and more with our client to finalize the best plan of action.

One thing we offer to our clients is the cost-plus method of contracting. We often find our customers are most comfortable with this approach as it leaves room for unexpected costs as the project progresses, which helps avoid any unwanted surprises in the final bill.

We then took a ride to a customer's home in Narragansett to film some informational videos about the cost-plus method of contracting. Special thank you to Thomas from Thomas Mann Creative Services for allowing us to film in his newly renovated kitchen as well as James from Grande Media.
